Posted - Jul 03 2007 : 09:02:52 AM Good morning! I'm Kaylyn from Saint Charles, IL. Thought I'd stop in to introduce myself.
I've been on Mary Jane's Farmgirl Connection for several months. I found this website while at my parents home over the weekend and knew immediately that I needed to join in! I'm a SAHM to two wonderful guys...and occasionally a clueless DH ! We're definitely "...of the earth..." people who enjoy tent camping year-round, organic food, Cub Scouts with our boys, hanging with our dog, taking the back roads whenever we travel, and just generally being fun people. I'm an altered artist who will change anything I've found into something else as a work of art...but my list of awaiting projects is just *too darn big!*
One of my favorite things to do: photograph nature!!! I have amassed quite a portfolio of my photos, only some of which I display on my blog. I've got some amazing photos of the Pacific taken in Carmel-By-The-Sea and Big Sur, CA. I have some awe-inspiring photos of redwoods in Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park, just outside of Felton, CA. I have hiking shots from numerous forest preserves in Kane County, IL. I just recently shot some fantastic "weeds" during our trip to Kettle Moraine State Forest, WI. I absolutely *love* photographing nature!!
I'm very excited to be here and can't wait to jump in!! ~ Kaylyn
