My wrist hurts. It hurts most when I put strain on it... like picking up or wrestling with a toddler. Any natural ideas to help internal inflammation go down? I hate taking those scary pain meds from the store that warn of liver damage and such!

Thanks for the suggestion, Jen. I have heard of it, but never used it. I will have to get some. My wrist and back are hurting lately.

Have you heard of Arnica, Elizaray? Not sure how well it works, but it's a natural anti-inflammatory that comes in gel or cream form.

It's much better than it was, and several storms have come and gone so I don't think it is arthritis.
